Mike LaBonte’, Co-founder and
CEO
At the helm since the
beginning, Mike brings more
than 35 years of construction
experience to the company and
our clients. With his
leadership, we have become known
for our exceptional quality at a
fair price within the
project’s timeframe.
Mike is
a graduate of the Milwaukee
School of Engineering where
he received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Architectural
Engineering. He is a member of
Associated General
Contractors of Greater Milwaukee
and is active in the community
through the Kiwanis Club of
Menomonee Falls. |

Brian LaBonte’, Vice President
Brian has 10 years of
project management and general
construction experience. He is
responsible for the delivery of
all projects plus he heads up
our government & institutional,
multi-family housing and
healthcare practice areas.
Brian is a graduate of the
Milwaukee School of Engineering
where he received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Construction
Management. He is a member of
Young Constructors Forum and the
American Institute of
Constructors. |
