Creative Constructors was co-founded in 1999 by Michael W. LaBonte’ and John G. Schauer. Brian LaBonte bought into the Company in 2001. John Schauer retired in 2008. After Mike’s passing in 2010, Brian assumed full responsibility of the Company. Brian continues with his father’s endeavor to build Creative Constructors into a ‘leader’ in the Industry—not by dollar volume but by being an invaluable building partner to his clients; building his client base through client satisfaction. |

Having 16 years of in-depth construction experience, Brian is responsible for the day-to-day Company operations ensuring internal and external production efficiency, quality, service, and cost effective management of resources. Brian is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and is a member of AGC’s Construction Leadership Council and the American Institute of Constructors. |
